Sie entsteht durch die Wahrnehmung der Erf\u00fcllung von Bed\u00fcrfnissen, Erwartungen und Zielen im beruflichen Kontext und ist ein wesentlicher Indikator f\u00fcr das Wohlbefinden und die Motivation der Mitarbeitenden. Theoretische Modelle wie das Zwei-Faktoren-Modell von Herzberg unterscheiden zwischen Motivations- und Hygienefaktoren, die die Arbeitszufriedenheit beeinflussen. Motivationsfaktoren, wie Anerkennung, Verantwortung und die M\u00f6glichkeit zur pers\u00f6nlichen Weiterentwicklung, tragen direkt zur Arbeitszufriedenheit bei, w\u00e4hrend Hygienefaktoren wie Gehalt, Arbeitsbedingungen und zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen im Unternehmen vor allem Unzufriedenheit verhindern.<\/p><p>Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass Arbeitszufriedenheit sowohl individuelle als auch organisationale Konsequenzen hat. Eine hohe Arbeitszufriedenheit f\u00fchrt h\u00e4ufig zu einer gesteigerten Arbeitsleistung, einer h\u00f6heren Bindung an das Unternehmen und einem verringerten Absentismus. Zudem wird die allgemeine Lebenszufriedenheit positiv beeinflusst. Auf der anderen Seite kann eine geringe Arbeitszufriedenheit zu h\u00f6herer Fluktuation, geringerem Engagement und vermehrten Konflikten im Arbeitsumfeld f\u00fchren.<\/p><p>Der Einfluss von Arbeitszufriedenheit auf die Leistung und das Verhalten der Mitarbeitenden macht es f\u00fcr Organisationen unerl\u00e4sslich, diese systematisch zu messen und zu f\u00f6rdern. Instrumente wie Mitarbeiterbefragungen und Feedbackgespr\u00e4che bieten wertvolle Einblicke in die Zufriedenheit der Besch\u00e4ftigten.
