Es wurde popul\u00e4r durch eine Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im &#8220;American College of Sports Medicine&#8217;s Health &amp; Fitness Journal&#8221; mit dem Namen <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.lww.com\/acsm-healthfitness\/Fulltext\/2013\/05000\/HIGH_INTENSITY_CIRCUIT_TRAINING_USING_BODY_WEIGHT_.5.aspx\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High-Intensity Circuit Training using Body Weight <\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0und ist darauf ausgelegt, die Fitness zu verbessern und den Stoffwechsel anzukurbeln, ohne dass daf\u00fcr viel Zeit oder Ausr\u00fcstung ben\u00f6tigt wird. Aller Anfang ist schwer, daher sind auch immer leichtere Variationen f\u00fcr den Start mit dabei. Das Ziel ist jedoch ein kurzes und knackiges Training. Damit es dir wirklich etwas bringt und deine Fitness steigert, solltest du nahe an deinen Grenzen trainieren: auf einer Schmerzskala von 1 bis 10 sollte sich das Workout bei einer 8 befinden. Nutze die leichteren Variationen also nur, wenn du mit den regul\u00e4ren \u00dcbungen nicht weiter kommst. Jede \u00dcbung dauert 30 Sekunden, versuche innerhalb dieser Zeit, so viele saubere Durchg\u00e4nge der jeweiligen \u00dcbung durchzuf\u00fchren, wie m\u00f6glich. Der Hampelmann ist eine dynamische \u00dcbung, bei der man mit geschlossenen Beinen und Armen startet. Springe und lande mit seitlich gespreizten Beinen und den Armen \u00fcber den Kopf. Springe erneut und lande in der Ausgangsposition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sollte dir das zu anstrengend sein oder du Knieprobleme haben, dann kannst du diese \u00dcbung auch ohne den Sprung machen. Mache dazu einen seitlichen Schritt nach links, um in die zweite Position zu kommen, anschlie\u00dfend ziehst du das Bein wieder zur\u00fcck und bist wieder in der Ausgangsposition.
