Die aktuellen Ergebnisse zeigen eine Fortsetzung der beunruhigenden Trends auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Gaben 2018 noch 78 % der Befragten an, in einem Jahr mit Sicherheit noch bei ihrem jetzigen Unternehmen t\u00e4tig sein zu wollen, schrumpft die aktuelle Zahl auf 53 %.<\/p><p>Die durch die innere K\u00fcndigung entstehenden Produktivit\u00e4tseinbu\u00dfen beziffern sich f\u00fcr 2023 auf zwischen 132,6 und 167,2 Milliarden Euro &#8211; h\u00f6chste Zeit also, etwas f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter*innenbindung zu tun.<\/p><p>Im Vergleich dazu beabsichtigen 60 % der emotional hoch gebundenen Arbeitnehmenden, in drei Jahren noch f\u00fcr ihre aktuellen Arbeitgeber*innen t\u00e4tig zu sein und zeigen durchschnittlich fast halb so viele Fehltage wie emotional Ungebundene (4,8 Tage vs. 9,1 Tage).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-56fa294c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"56fa294c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-5dd9b8f9\" data-id=\"5dd9b8f9\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51a2def3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51a2def3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">F\u00fchrungskultur ist entscheidend<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72e98ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72e98ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die emotionale Bindung zwischen Arbeitnehmer*innen und Arbeitgeber*innen ist ein komplexes Ph\u00e4nomen, das von einer Vielzahl von Faktoren beeinflusst wird. Eine zentrale Rolle spielt nach wie vor die F\u00fchrungskultur innerhalb eines Unternehmens, wobei nur 22 Prozent angaben, mit ihrem oder ihrer direkten Vorgesetzten zufrieden zu
