Le titre peut sembler r\u00e9barbatif, mais ce rapport contient des informations extr\u00eamement int\u00e9ressantes sur le th\u00e8me de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique et son contenu est tr\u00e8s important, notamment pour ta sant\u00e9. Ainsi, 40 % des hommes et 44 % des femmes adultes ne font pas suffisamment d'exercice physique. Cependant, il existe \u00e9galement des obstacles structurels, tels que l'absence ou le mauvais \u00e9tat des pistes cyclables ou le manque d'offres sportives dans les communes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4db809 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d4db809\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pourquoi l'activit\u00e9 physique est-elle si importante ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f3784cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f3784cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une activit\u00e9 physique suffisante apporte de nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9, mais le manque d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique entra\u00eene \u00e9galement des inconv\u00e9nients. Il s&#8217;agit principalement du risque de d\u00e9velopper des maladies non transmissibles telles que les maladies cardiovasculaires, le cancer, les maladies chroniques (maladies respiratoires) et le diab\u00e8te sucr\u00e9. La plupart des d\u00e9c\u00e8s dans la r\u00e9gion DACH sont dus \u00e0 ces causes, les maladies cardiovasculaires repr\u00e9sentant la plus grande part. La bonne nouvelle, c&#8217;est que le risque de d\u00e9velopper ces maladies peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et \u00e0 la pratique d&#8217;un sport. La sant\u00e9 mentale en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e9galement. Par exemple, les sympt\u00f4mes de la d\u00e9pression ou de l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre att\u00e9nu\u00e9s, le niveau de stress diminue et le sommeil s&#8217;am\u00e9liore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edb35a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"edb35a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quelle quantit\u00e9 d'exercice physique est suffisante ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52b07ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52b07ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Deux choses peuvent \u00eatre retenues d&#8217;embl\u00e9e : il est important de limiter votre comportement s\u00e9dentaire, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire le temps que vous passez assis. Il s&#8217;agit \u00e9galement de faire de l&#8217;exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, peu importe la forme. Tout type d&#8217;exercice est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable \u00e0 l&#8217;inactivit\u00e9. Peu importe donc que vous alliez vous promener, que vous vous rendiez au travail \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, que vous jouiez avec vos enfants ou que vous alliez nager en \u00e9t\u00e9. L&#8217;OMS recommande aux adultes un minimum de 150 minutes d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique par semaine, soit 2,5 heures. Ceux qui le peuvent devraient faire encore plus de sport, m\u00eame plus de 300 minutes par semaine, soit plus de 5 heures, ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 ici comme b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>Il est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 de faire de la musculation deux jours par semaine. Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es peuvent \u00e9galement renforcer leur sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la musculation, mais aussi \u00e0 des exercices de coordination. Mais c&#8217;est encore mieux de faire suffisamment d&#8217;exercice. Si l&#8217;on consid\u00e8re le minimum, il faudrait int\u00e9grer 2,5 heures d&#8217;exercice physique par semaine. Souvent, le trajet pour se rendre au travail est une bonne occasion (sauf pendant les journ\u00e9es glaciales de l&#8217;hiver). Peut-on le faire \u00e0 v\u00e9lo ? Pourrait-on descendre un arr\u00eat plus t\u00f4t et faire le reste du trajet \u00e0 pied ? La pause d\u00e9jeuner quotidienne peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre mise \u00e0 profit pour faire une promenade au lieu de rester assis. Si vous n&#8217;aimez pas faire de l&#8217;exercice seul, vous pouvez vous retrouver avec des personnes partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es pour faire de l&#8217;exercice ensemble. Il existe par exemple des groupes de marche ou de randonn\u00e9e. Il existe d&#8217;innombrables fa\u00e7ons de faire de l&#8217;exercice.
