Acompa\u00f1a cada paso conscientemente: desplaza tu peso a un pie, levanta el otro, ponlo delante y vuelve a apoyarlo en el suelo. Siente c\u00f3mo el peso se desplaza al pie que est\u00e1 apoyado y c\u00f3mo el otro pie se prepara para el siguiente paso.
