Participation
Participation is either through filling out an online form, using specific features in the Teamfit app, or through actions specified as part of the giveaway. This depends on the details of the respective giveaways.

Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany. Employees of Teamfit GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Name Disclosure
By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees that their name may be published in the event of a win.

Code of Conduct
Participants agree to comply with applicable laws and good conduct throughout the giveaway. Teamfit GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these rules from the giveaway.

Prizes and How to Receive Them

What prizes are available?

  • The prizes vary depending on the giveaway. They range from exclusive Teamfit merchandise to digital rewards and attractive premium packages.

How will the winners be notified?

  • Winners will be notified within 14 days after the giveaway ends via email and, depending on the giveaway, also through the Teamfit app.

Shipping of prizes

  • Prizes will be sent to winners free of charge by mail. Digital prizes, such as vouchers, will be delivered by email.

Feedback & Pickup Deadline

  • The winner will be notified by email after the giveaway ends. The winner has 14 days to contact Teamfit GmbH after receiving the notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be forfeited.

No. If you win a premium package, we will activate Teamfit Premium for you and deactivate it once the period ends. You don't need to cancel anything.
