Use of photos

• Uploaded photos for the “o2 Telefónica Run+” Challenge activities
• Business e-mail address
• User name

being used for the purpose of app use, assignment and extended use and are collected by Teamfit and passed on to Telefónica.

The uploaded photos, including the user name, will be displayed in the “o2 Telefónica Run+” Challenge area.

The assignment of an uploaded photo to the associated business e-mail address is done to enable the extended use of the photos.

The extended use only includes internal and/or external communication and does not take place without the separate express consent of the photo owner.

Revocation and right to deletion

This consent can be revoked at any time and without giving reasons. For the purpose of withdrawing consent, an email will be sent to o2-telefonica-run@telefonica.com with the content of the request to withdraw consent.

This personal data will be deleted after you leave the “o2 Telefónica Run+” Challenge.

Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Telefónica Feel Good App privacy policy.

Participation in the o2 Telefónica Run+ requires consent to the processing of the personal data described in this declaration of consent. If this consent is revoked, it will not be possible to participate in the challenge area of the app.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is your consent, Art. 6, para. 1, sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
