This consent can be revoked at any time and without giving reasons. To withdraw consent, an email containing the request to withdraw consent can be sent to dataprotection@teamfit.eu.

The personal data will be deleted after the “Leading the Way” challenge has ended.

By submitting this form, you agree to the collection and the processing of the personal data by Schenker AG and Teamfit for the purpose of carrying out the “Leading the way” challenge

A. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

We collect your personal data for the purpose of carrying out the “Leading the Way” Challenge.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is your consent, Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.

C. Deletion

The personal data will be deleted after the „Leading the Way Challenge” has ended.

D. Transfer of data

For the purpose of carrying out the “Leading the Way” challenge, your personal data will be passed on within DB Schenker and to the app service provider Teamfit.

Appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data have been stipulated for the transfer of your personal data to a third country.

E. Data subject rights

You have the following rights as a data subject according to Art. 15-21 GDPR

  • Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data which is based on point Art. 6 (e)  or (f) of paragraph 1, including profiling based on those provisions.
  • Right of access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as whether or not your personal data is being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data.
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten): You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data according to the legal requirements.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain the restricition of the processing according to the legal requirements.
  • Right to data portability: You have the right to receive to receive your personal data which you have provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another Controller.
  • The right to appeal to a supervisory authority: If your personal data is processed in a way that does not comply with the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with supervisory authorities, who are obliged to inform you of the progress and outcome of your complaint.
