Leadership

Leadership refers to the process by which a person or group of people influences the behaviour and activities of other individuals in order to achieve shared goals. Leadership involves setting goals, motivating employees, coordinating resources, supporting problem-solving, and creating a vision or direction for an organisation or team. Effective leaders are often distinguished by certain qualities such as communication skills, empathy, integrity, decisiveness, flexibility, and the ability to inspire and manage teams. There are various leadership styles, including authoritarian, democratic, transformational, and situational leadership, which can be applied depending on the situation, environment, and the individual needs of employees. Leadership is a dynamic process that evolves over time and must be adapted to changes in the organisation, the environment, and market conditions. It plays a decisive role in the success and performance of an organisation and significantly influences the motivation, satisfaction, and engagement of employees.
