The #HotelHeroes Challenge is an annual initiative that motivates Dorint Hotels & Resorts employees to boost their fitness while also strengthening team spirit.
For the sixth edition of the challenge in 2024, the focus was placed on competition between individual hotel teams, leading to a significantly higher number of participants. Over four weeks, employees took part in sporting activities tracked through the Teamfit app while collecting donations for charitable causes.
The goal of €24,000 was reached after only three weeks. Particularly impressive was the engagement of participants, who not only exceeded the WHO movement recommendations but also stayed sustainably motivated thanks to the team approach and friendly competition.
