Use of photos

I consent that my personal data

• Uploaded photos for the ” FIT@WORK WEEKS” activities
• Business e-mail address

are used for the purpose of app usage, attribution and contact and are collected by Teamfit and shared with Telefónica.

The uploaded photos will be displayed in the “FIT@WORK WEEKS” area.

The attribution of an uploaded photo to the associated business e-mail address is done solely to enable contact for the extended use of the photos. Extended use includes internal and external communication and will not occur without the express consent of the photo owner.

Revocation and right to deletion

This consent can be revoked at any time and without giving reasons. For the purpose of revoking consent, an e-mail with the content of the wish to revoke consent must be addressed to feelgood-de@telefonica.com.

This personal data will be deleted after you leave the “FIT@WORK WEEKS”.

For further information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Datenschutzerklärung of Telefónica Feel Good App.

Participation in the “FIT@WORK WEEKS” requires consent to the processing of the personal data presented in this consent form. If this consent is revoked, participation in the challenge area of the app is not possible.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is your consent, Art. 6, para. 1 , p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO.
