The content provided by employees during the “Fit for Winter Healthweek” may be used in our corporate communications materials, including but not limited to digital platforms, social media and internal publications. The challenge will take place digitally via the Feel Good app.
I am over 16 years of age and agree that Telefónica Germany may publish photos or videos in which I can be seen for reporting purposes in the following media:
Image recordings may also contain special categories of personal data (e.g. information about my state of health, such as wearing a hearing aid). If such special categories of personal data about me can be derived from the recordings, my consent expressly refers to this as well.
My consent is valid until revoked, which I can declare at any time in whole or in part with effect for the future. The image material is processed on the basis of the express consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR within the scope of the purpose of the consent or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
Categories of recipients of the personal data
The image material will only be passed on to the recipients named in the declaration of consent for the purpose of publishing the image material. When uploading the image material to social networks, the image material is passed on to the relevant social network providers.
Duration of storage of personal data
Subject to revocation of consent, the image material will be stored for the period of reporting or corporate communication and then deleted.
