How are the average points in the Team Ranking calculated?
When calculating the average points of a team, the point value of a workout is divided by the number of current team members and stored.

What do I have to take into account in order for the GPS tracking to work as well as possible?
Basically, GPS tracking problems can have several causes. One of them is a bad GPS signal. On the one hand, this can be due to the GPS sensors of your smartphone, but on the other hand, it can also be due to the environment in which you do your workouts.
Regardless, though, there are a few small settings that need to be made on your smartphone itself in order for the Teamfit app’s GPS recording to work properly.
GPS must be enabled and both iOs and Android must always give the Teamfit app access to your location. Depending on your smartphone’s operating system, there are also other settings to consider.
For Android:
1. the GPS itself and the smartphone must not have any energy saving mode activated while recording. The same also applies to the battery power optimization, which must be deactivated. The background is that these energy-saving modes significantly reduce the accuracy of the GPS recording, which in turn leads to gaps in the Teamfit recording.
2. Furthermore, access to “Physical Activity” must still be allowed in the Teamfit app settings.
For iOS:
1. on Apples’ operating system, you must permanently enable GPS in the Teamfit App settings. It is not enough if only “When using the app” is set. Then the recording would always be interrupted when you activate your lock screen or switch to another app.
2. In addition, “Motion and fitness” must also be allowed in the Teamfit app settings.

How is the donation sum determined from my activities?
To determine the donation sum, the points of all contributed activities are converted into our common donation sum. We donate one euro for every 2,800 points.
How are the points made up?
In order to be able to compare different activities, we award different numbers of points per kilometer depending on the type of sport. As a basis for calculation we use the Metabolic Equivalent, which makes different activities comparable on a scientific basis.
For the different activities you will receive the following points per kilometer:
