Bodyweight training has many advantages. Not only can you save the costs of a fitness studio and train flexibly at your desired place and time, but bodyweight training also has a positive effect on your body's health.

Posture
Bodyweight training improves body tension and posture, which, given an office job and frequent incorrect posture at the desk, can be preventative for resulting physical complaints.

It is ideal for beginners as the exercises are easy to learn and implement and the risk of injury is minimal due to the lack of equipment, but can be made more challenging and intense as desired due to the flexibility of the workouts. Characteristics of children's sport
However, because children’s bodies have a different resilience than those of adults, the exercises have been designed accordingly, adapted to the respective age group of the child. The fun factor has been taken into account in order to introduce children to the joy of sporting activity in the long term and to enable them to find their way into an actual family sporting rhythm.
Since children often have a shorter attention span and need to be offered more variety, the exercises are correspondingly short and you can put together an individual programme according to the child’s mood.
Custom workouts
In the custom workout section, you can create your own customised workout by choosing a sequence of exercises for warm-up, workout and cool-down, with breaks in between. You have the choice of limiting yourself to regular exercises or including exercises for children, depending on who you are training with and how intense you want your workout to be. The advantage of this is that you determine the length and intensity of the workout yourself and can optimally integrate sport into your daily schedule. To keep track of your workouts, you can name and save them.

Yoga

Endurance
Teamfit for noticeable results after a few weeks!
1 to 2 weeks
After just one to two weeks of regular endurance training, technique and body awareness can already improve and fat and carbohydrate metabolism can be optimised. In this phase, a marked increase in mental well-being is already noticeable.
2 + weeks
After two to four weeks, your energy storage in muscles and liver increases, and after several months you benefit from increased cardiac muscle strength, an increase in blood volume and increased muscle capacity.
Differences to bodyweight training
The category “Endurance” differs from Bodyweight Training in its use, as it offers the possibility to track your sporting activity live instead of prefabricated exercises. Information on duration, distance covered, metres of altitude climbed and speed is recorded. The points you collect are displayed in real time in the app.
In each section, breaks are scheduled between the respective exercises to ensure the ideal combination of physical activity and regeneration for you.
